We are seeking friendly, energetic, responsible hosts and hostesses to complement our team.
Host/hostess duties primarily focus on ensuring that guests have a positive experience as soon as they enter the restaurant.
Commitment to outstanding guest service is vital.
Responsibilities for Host/Hostess:
Greet guests with genuine hospitality as they walk into the restaurant Help guests with reservations and guide them to their table Give guests accurate wait time estimates and seat them in the waiting area Provide customers with menus and answer any initial questions they may have Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff Skills and Requirements:
Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment Enjoy guest service and hospitality Positive upbeat attitude Ability to multi-task Willing to assist other team members Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends Pay:
