This is a FT position with an 8AM to 5PM Work Schedule.
You must be able to multitask and be able to communicate well with people as well as have common knowledge with computers and navigating the web.
Job Duties:
Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Maintain contact lists Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms for invoicing.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Process Work Orders Enter Carrying Charge Payments Process Incoming Applications Provide general support to visitors Self-initiate and prioritize tasks independently with minimal supervision Skills Required:
1-3 years of proven experience in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
Excellent typing abilities and data entry skills Warm personality and previous experience with customer service over the phone Knowledge of office management systems and clerical operations Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office Job Type:
